I offer a trauma-informed, humanistic approach to individual therapy. I’ve helped clients from all walks of life find their own strengths and expand their behavioral toolbox, and supported them through their healing and growth. I am well-versed in several evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, CETA) and we will work together to see what is the best fit for you.
Couples Therapy
Whether you are seriously dating, engaged, or married, I’m here to help foster and strengthen a healthy emotional connection between you and your partner. I use Gottman-based strategies in my practice and also encourage clients to explore their Love Languages.
Life coaching
Life throws a lot of curveballs. Recovering can be tough, and I’ve found that some of the best motivation comes from specific, feasible goals. My life coaching services support your emotional and spiritual health— both in and out of our sessions. Let’s create a vision together!
